Getting Payment from Your Users

AHI does not enable users to make payments for scans. A partner must utilize their own payment gateways/functions to allow their users to purchase a scan or series of scans.

Subscription Payment Structure.

If your app allows your users to take multiple scans to track progress over the course of a fitness, wellness or nutrition program (see Remote Fitness Program for an example), a subscription payment structure is recommended.

If your app utilizes a tiered subscription structure, you could allow users to upgrade to a premium plus tier unlocking the ability to take unlimited scans as a value add.



Per-scan Payment Structure.

If your app only requires your users to take a single scan in order to provide once off measurements (see Insurance Application Use Case for an example) or similar, a per-scan payment structure is recommended.



Payment Flexibility.

You may find that a combination of both subscription and per-scan payment structures is needed in order to satisfy your users requirements. 

For example, you may use a single scan as a lead generation tool or health assessment tool, then upgrade the user to a premium subscription to start tracking their health risks with multiple scans on a monthly basis.
